The mystery surrounding the disappearance of South Australian man Gus Lamont has deepened — but police say the search is far from over.

In a powerful new statement that reignited public attention on the case, SA Police Commissioner Grant Stevens confirmed that authorities are preparing a renewed large-scale search operation, vowing: “We will not give up until we find him.”

It’s been more than a month since Gus vanished without a trace, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions, heartbroken family members, and a community desperate for closure.
