Four teenagers are facing court accused of dragging another teen into a car and brutally attacking him north of Brisbane.

The 17-year-old was allegedly kicked, punched and tasered before being dumped on a roadside, attacked again and robbed.

Police on Wednesday appealed for a member of the public who gave the victim a lift home to come forward, as four teens face court and investigations continue.

The victim was allegedly approached about 2.30am on Friday by another teen who asked if he could use his phone to call a rideshare service outside a property on Young St in Petrie, in suburban Moreton Bay about 40 minutes north of Brisbane.

A red Kia Rio hatchback with four people inside is then alleged to have pulled up, and the 17-year-old was pushed inside.

Police allege the victim was attacked and driven to Lawnton Pocket Rd in nearby Lawnton, where he was taken from the car and attacked again.

Five offenders then drove away, taking some of the victim’s property with them, police allege.

A member of the public spotted the victim and gave him a lift home.

Police said the boy sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment.

Police said a 17-year-old boy from the northern Brisbane suburb of Banyo was later arrested and charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count each of deprivation of liberty, torture and possessing dangerous drugs.

Another 17-year-old boy also from Banyo was charged with torture, deprivation of liberty and armed robbery.

They both appeared in Brisbane Children’s Court on Saturday and remain before the courts.

An 18-year-old boy, also from Banyo, was later charged with torture, deprivation of liberty and armed robbery.

He faced Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday and also remains before the courts.

Another 17-year-old boy from Deagon, also in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, has also since been charged with torture, deprivation of liberty and armed robbery and will face Pine Rivers Children’s Court next Monday.

Investigations continue, with police urging the person who drove the victim home to contact them.

Anyone else with information or dashcam vision from Anzac Ave in Petrie and Gympie Rd in Strathpine between 2am and 3am on Friday is also being urged to come forward.
