Meghan Markle could have a busy 2026 in store as the full details of what she is planning for her lifestyle brand As Ever, have seemingly been revealed. Despite the Duchess of Sussex having already launched products ranging from fruit spreads and flower sprinkles to wine and candles, it looks as though there could be more expansive plans under way.
While her brand was met with widespread criticism for its high prices, her stock sold out within hours of every launch. This was likely a welcome relief after As Ever got off to a bumpy start when it launched back in March 2025.
The company was initially named American Riviera Orchard but Meghan ran into problems when her trademark application was declined by the US Patent and Trademark Office due to issues with the filing. It is these first documents which give a major clue at what Meghan could be planning for her brand as we enter the new year.

While American Riviera Orchard’s initial listing is now described as Withdrawn/Abandoned on the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s website, the full details of what Meghan laid out as her plans are still visible to the public under the goods and services subheading.
It can be seen that she submitted her application with plans to create her own brand of gardening tools, decorative home items such as string lights, lanterns, candles and diffusers, a range of stationery and giftware, cookware, pet accessories including pet food and dog collars, pillows, bedding, yoga mats, and storecupboard essentials, such as tea, coffee and spices.
The revelation comes after Meghan shared her latest post to Instagram, which fans took as a hint as to what is next for As Ever.

In a new video on her social media account last year, the Duchess filmed a bouquet of flowers inside her Montecito home. This flower arrangement contained Queen Anne’s lace, which many believe is a nod to the royals.
She captioned her Instagram story: “Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica – meet As ever. With garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace (and a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely, ladies.”
The flowers were also placed in a vase that had Meghan’s brand As Ever’s logo on it, with many believing this could be a hint at the next As Ever product to be released.
Meghan has not announced whether or not this vase will be part of a future As Ever collection, with People reporting that it is not yet on the cards.
