The b0.dy of a man has been discovered in a creek in Sydney’s north-west… but his identity remains a mystery
An investigation is underway after the body of a man was found in Sydney’s north-west.
Police made the discovery at about 10.15am on Friday during a coordinated search of bushland near Baulkham Hill’s Torry Burn Reserve as part of a missing persons’ investigation.

It is understood that the body of the man, who is yet to be identified, was found lying in a creek.
A crime scene has since been established, and the entire reserve has been cordoned off, with water police, specialist forensic police, and general duty officers examining the area.
Strike Force Lanrik has been established to investigate the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
