Kelly Brook left the Loose Women panel lost for words as she branded herself a ‘serial cheater’ before marriage – and admitted that she was stuck in a ‘horrible rut’ of ‘free-for-all’ betrayals.

The 45-year-old opened up about her antics from when she was younger during Tuesday’s instalment of the ITV show.

Kelly appeared on the panel alongside Coleen NolanBrenda Edwards and Sunetra Sarker and they got on the topic of if a cheater can be trusted.

The model admitted that it was a ‘really hard one’ but wanted to be really honest with the audience and viewers watching at home.

Kelly said: ‘I’ve never said this, I never really talk about this, but for years I actually thought that I was a serial cheater…

‘Because I’d always been in relationships that were supposed to be monogamous but they never ended up being in the end, or during, or there was always a third party on one side of it.

‘And if it wasn’t, it just became what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

‘And so for yours, it was just like…’

Coleen chimed in and asked: ‘So if they cheated, you cheated?’

Kelly replied: ‘Yeah. It was just like I’d been out with a lot of guys that were…’

She continued: ‘I think, and even if they weren’t honest about it, you kind of know what it’s happening. Do you know what I mean? You know. And you think, well they’re at it, so okay it’s just a free for all isn’t it?

‘And then you just end up in this horrible rut of actually neither of you ever really committing properly.

‘And it wasn’t until I met my husband 10 years ago, and I just thought it was just going to be another situation that I’ve always been in.

‘He was so serious and so focused, and I was like “Oh!” and it actually made me become the best version of myself in a relationship because all of a sudden I was like “Oh I’m not like that”.

‘It was just the wrong situation.

‘Jeremy and I have literally, we are so focused on each other.

‘Neither of us have ever cheated.

‘We’ve been married three years, together ten years, like we’ve just come back off our holiday.

‘It feels like we’re newlyweds, we are so in love and it just gives me so much hope, so I do think there is hope out there!’

During the same episode, guest Elizabeth Hurley squirmed as she was grilled by the panel about her romance with Billy Ray Cyrus.

She turned bashful when asked about her new beau, and awkwardly sipped tea while raising her eyebrows, as if to buy herself some time.

‘I think timing is everything,’ she said of her new-found love.

‘Prior to that I was a single mum and I took that really seriously so there wasn’t really anything after I split up with my last boyfriend which was Shane [Warne].

‘It just didn’t seem right to introduce someone into our family and into our lives.’
