Tensions continue to boil over on Married At First Sight Australia as the couples continue to navigate their new lives together.
With weekly challenges, explosive dinner parties and ongoing feuds, UK viewers are plunged into chaos every week as the series continues. Just this week, viewers have witnessed Feedback Week, where the couples temporarily swapped partners for insight into their relationship.

But in true MAFS style, things did not go smoothly as David confronted Bec over vile text messages she had sent about him and Alissa, and Gia refused to take part in the challenge as her relationship with Scott takes a rocky turn.

Last night’s instalment (April 22), viewers witnessed yet more explosive drama as the couples were tasked with writing an anonymous letter to another pair, but it forced one bride to leave the experiment.
What did Gia’s letter say and who sent it?
Gia and Scott’s letter had been sent by Stella and Filip, in which they urged the bride to leave all group chats to avoid drama, which they believed had negatively impacted her relationship.
They also suggested that Gia and Scott take 10 days of celibacy , which did not have a great reaction. The letter admitted they had “great physical connect and physical intimacy”, however, it went on to say: “But Gia, do you notice as to how much effort, reassurance Scott gives you?
“Do you give the same reassurance to Scott? Another thing to consider – has the shine of your relationship dimmed by external distractions?”

Gia then takes the letter from Scott as she continues to read: “Our suggestion would be Gia fully remove yourself from group chats or the gossip and so called drama and just 100% focus on your relationship.
“This will totally block out any unwanted distractions, need for external validation, hopefully the need for drama. Focus on the emotional connection. We challenge both of you to withhold physical intimacy for 10 days.”

Speaking to producers, Gia fumed: “I thought the letter was stupid, I didn’t get anything good from that. It would have been better if they gave us better advice.”
Have Scott and Gia left the experiment?
Although Gia is seen packing her bags and leaving the experiment once again, viewers may be surprised to learn that the two have not actually left for good, and instead will return this week.
Gia has previously been seen walking away during family and friends week after a tense dinner with their family and friends, as well as during the commitment ceremony this week after the screenshot drama came to light.
In scenes that have already aired in Australia, Scott and Gia reappear for the next dinner party, airing in the UK tonight (April 23).
However, spoilers confirm that the two do not actually make it to final vows, instead, calling it quits shortly before the final commitment following cheating drama, tense homestays and disagreements.
Are Scott and Gia still together?
Away from the experiment, Scott and Gia are no longer together. Just last month, the star hard launched her new boyfriend Alan Wallace, as she brutally captioned a social media post: “No revenge. I got the love story of my dreams.”
