The Real Housewives of New York City star, 38, said she had a boob job in January, her first major plastic surgery.
Erin originally just wanted to have a lift for a “natural look,” but the surgeon suggested implants.
It took the reality star eight weeks to feel fully healed, but she said the augmentation changed her confidence in the “biggest way.”
“I didn’t even realize how insecure I was about how [my breasts] looked. Everything feels better. I can throw on a T-shirt, and it’s just a different experience,” she told People, adding that the surgery was just one piece of her health and self-confidence journey.

“I feel like I’m in a really good place in my life, health-wise. I’m exercising more, and I feel really great.”
The Real Housewives star said the result of the augmentation was very natural.
“You wouldn’t really know, I think, unless I told you,” she said.
Erin shared that she felt she had “pretty much lost all of” her breast tissue and that her boobs were “sagging” after having four kids over the past decade.
The reality star is mom to sons Jack, 1, Elijah, 5, and Levi, 10, and daughter Layla, 8 with her husband Abe.
“It’s kind of like this freeing feeling of now I’m stepping back into my own body. My body’s back to being mine, and it’s really kind of empowering,” she said.
“I don’t think it’s anything to be ashamed of. I’m really happy with the choice I made, and moms should be able to feel like themselves again.”
