Two Men Charged After 34-Year-Old Found D3-ad Inside Suitcase Left in Kent Park
A major homicide investigation is continuing after two men appeared in court following the discovery of a 34-year-old man’s body inside a suitcase abandoned in a public park.

The victim, identified as Dale Mundell, was found after families attending a community event discovered the suspicious luggage at Borstal Recreation Ground in Rochester.

Both men are expected to appear again before Maidstone Crown Court as the legal proceedings continue.
Victim and Suspects Knew Each Other
Police confirmed that the victim and both defendants were known to one another.
Investigators believe the fatal incident occurred several days before the suitcase was discovered in the park.
Detectives are continuing to examine forensic evidence from both the Wimbledon property and the location where the suitcase was found.
Family Receiving Support
Kent Police say specially trained officers are supporting Mr. Mundell’s relatives throughout the investigation.
