Vogue Williams Reveals ‘Intense’ Cosmetic Procedures After ‘Rotting’ in the I’m A Celebrity Jungle

Vogue Williams has opened up about undergoing what she described as “intense” cosmetic treatments following her stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, joking that weeks in the jungle left her feeling like she was “literally rotting”.
The Irish model, presenter and mother-of-three shared the candid update in her first-ever YouTube vlog, which she posted just a week after leaving Australia. Williams, who joined the ITV reality show as a late addition, documented her return to normal life — starting with a trip straight to the beautician.
Visibly relieved to be back in civilization, Vogue explained that life in the jungle had taken a toll on her skin, prompting her to book in for a serious beauty reset.
“I hope it’s intense,” she said ahead of her appointment, before admitting that the harsh conditions had caused her skin to break out. “Jungle life made me flare up. I know, first-world problems,” she added with a laugh.
The vlog shows Williams heading into the clinic to “get all the important jobs done” after weeks without proper skincare, mirrors or even basic comforts.

During her time in the jungle, contestants were stripped of everyday luxuries, surviving on basic rations and enduring constant heat, humidity and lack of sleep — conditions that Vogue suggested were less than kind to her appearance.
In a later clip, the 38-year-old is seen wearing an LED face mask as part of her treatment, before undergoing a laser peel designed to rejuvenate tired skin.
“So that is my Christmas skin,” she joked to the camera afterward. “Just need to get my Christmas hair done now.”
However, Vogue didn’t hold back when assessing the toll the jungle had taken, pointing out her roots as she pulled her hair back.
“Look at that grey hair. I am literally rotting!” she laughed.
The brutally honest moment quickly resonated with fans, many of whom praised the star for her self-deprecating humor and transparency about the reality of post-jungle recovery.
Williams has long been open about beauty treatments and cosmetic procedures, previously discussing everything from skincare to body confidence on her podcast and social media. Her latest vlog continues that candid approach, showing the less glamorous side of reality TV appearances.
Although her time on I’m A Celebrity was relatively short compared to other campmates, Vogue admitted that even a brief period without her usual routine made a noticeable difference.
“It’s amazing how quickly your skin changes when you’re not washing it properly, not sleeping, and living outside,” she said in the vlog, adding that she was eager to feel “fresh and normal” again.
Fans of the show will remember that Williams joined the camp later than most contestants, immediately thrown into jungle life without any gradual adjustment. Despite this, she quickly made an impression, bringing humor and honesty to the camp.
Since returning home, Vogue has been easing back into family life with husband Spencer Matthews and their children, while also resuming work commitments. The beauty treatments, she suggested, were part of reclaiming a sense of normality after weeks of being disconnected from everyday life.
“It’s not about looking perfect,” she implied. “It’s just about feeling like yourself again.”
The YouTube vlog marks a new chapter for Williams, who revealed she plans to share more behind-the-scenes moments with fans, including beauty routines, lifestyle content and candid reflections on motherhood and work.
Her openness about cosmetic procedures has been welcomed by followers, many of whom appreciate her refusal to pretend that post-TV glow-ups happen naturally.
“I love how honest she is,” one fan commented. “Most people would pretend they bounced back effortlessly.”
As Vogue prepares for the festive season, she appears to be embracing a mix of humor, honesty and self-care — even if it involves admitting she felt a little worse for wear after the jungle.
And judging by her reaction in the mirror, there’s one thing she’s certain of: no more “rotting” — at least not before Christmas.
