Exclusive: Gia exposes truth behind ‘disrespectful’ photos husband Scott refused to delete
EXCLUSIVE: MAFS’ Gia revealed there’s “more to the story” after she packed up and left Scott after she found photos of his ex on his phone and he refused to delete them.
“People are saying ‘What’s the problem? They’re just photos’. But they were actually lingerie photos,” Gia told nine.com.au.

“I felt it was disrespectful to keep those kinds of photos of your ex when you’re in a relationship,” she continued.
Scott insisted he had “nothing to hide” and it was only after Gia left their apartment that he deleted the photos with his ex. Gia was suspicious as to why he was so reluctant to wipe the memories at first.
“Maybe he still had feelings for her,” Gia speculated.
For Gia, the whole argument “shocked” her considering she and Scott had been in such a good place.
“For him to act like these photos were more important than all the other things we were doing, it was like what the hell?”
Telling his side of the story, Scott understood why Gia was hurt but said “everyone has a past, everyone has memories”.
“She wanted me to remove it and I said, ‘No, I’m not willing to do that especially right now’,” Scott explained the argument.
“My past isn’t negative. I’ve got good relationships with my past, and I can’t say anything bad. Everyone has memorable moments, you know what I mean? So, we had two different points of views.”

Gia didn’t see it as a different point of view, she saw it as a very clear division between right and wrong.
“Our relationship is too serious for [Scott] to still be having photos like this,” she doubled down.
“He sort of gaslit me saying ‘Oh I don’t do well with people giving me ultimatums’.”

Gia and Scott’s argument came off the back of an already frosty family and friends meeting where Gia was blasted with questions from Scott’s mates Paige and Matt.
“There were a few derogatory comments and Scott was just laughing about it,” Gia said, unimpressed.
