AS Helena Ford gears up for a second stint on Love Island for it’s upcoming All Stars series, she already has a secret feud with one of her co-stars.

In a resurfaced tweet, Helena accuses Charlie Frederick, who has also been confirmed for the show, of “ruining” her 16th birthday and insulting her looks.

Charlie first appeared on the show in 2018, seven years before Helena, who was a Love Island fan.

Watching the show and recognising Charlie, she tweeted at the time: “Nah that Charlie Fredrick kid got my 16th party closed down, said I looked like a dolphin”.

Now, a pal has told The Sun of Helena and Charlie’s connection: “They went to school together and do know each other.”

They cleared up that Helena can’t quite remember the details of their fiery birthday exchange.

Adding: “But it was a long time since Helena wrote the tweet and doesn’t really remember why she was upset.”

Now, fans can’t wait to see Helena and Charlie’s bad blood come back to the surface on the show.

“This is so random I hope she brings it up and then it gets aired on the show,” said one fan as the tweet was re-shared on Reddit this week.

Another wrote: “This is going to be hilarious”.

Helena entered Love Island for the first time last year and was described as a Cabin Crew member who lives in London, but is from Devon.

Meanwhile, in 2018, Charlie was described as a model from Plymouth.

While it is not known which part of Devon that Helena hails from, it is likely that she grew up very close by Charlie, who is also now based in the capital.

It’s not the first time Helena’s social media has got her into hot water, as some of the star’s old tweets resurfaced during her time on the show last summer.

Despite her finding fame on the show, the tweets remain on her X account, which has a multitude of posts from 2014 until 2018.

Helena didn’t have the smoothest ride on Love Island, embarking on an on/off relationship with co-star Harry Cooksley, before he eventually ended things to rekindle a relationship with Shakira Khan.

She said of her upcoming stint that things will be different this time around: “I’ve got to go for the nice boys and not go for the menaces. That’s where I went wrong last time.

“And probably just not go to the hideaway so much or talk about the hideaway as much as I did – my poor mum!”
