Married at First Sight star Tyson Gordon is eyeing a multi-million-dollar payday after listing his Gold Coast waterfront mansion.

The controversial reality TV groom is selling his six-bedroom residence in Clear Island Waters – a property he purchased in December 2025 and extensively renovated.

However, just months after leaving the 2026 series of Nine’s popular social experiment, the property investor is moving on.

Selling agent Christine Demchenko of Astras Prestige Property said the estate was meant to be Gordon’s marital home, but things “didn’t work out that way”.

“I think his ideal was that he met someone on the show so that he can settle down and start a family,” Demchenko told nine.com.au.

“He’s still single and the house is massive, so he’s moving it on.”

The Queensland property is within one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held neighbourhoods and sits on an 898-square-metre block overlooking the canal.

Spread across 635 square metres of internal living space, the home features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living areas and sky-high ceilings across its two levels.

“It’s a traditional American-style Hamptons and Federation-inspired home,” Demchenko said.

“It has exceptionally good street appeal and you don’t really find these types of homes on the Gold Coast very often. It’s something really different.”

Before Gordon purchased it, the house had sat largely vacant for years after being won in an RSL prize home promotion.

“The previous owner hardly used it,” Demchenko revealed.

“It was quite rundown and Tyson has done a lot of updates to bring it to the standard it presents at now.”

While Gordon became one of the most talked-about participants on this year’s season of Married At First Sight, Demchenko believes the perception of him doesn’t tell the full story.

“I feel like he’s really misunderstood,” she said. “He’s actually a really nice guy.”

The property is being marketed via an expressions of interest campaign closing on June 22.
