The star also recently shared a very positive update on her love life

AN I’M A Celeb star has received a major boost after landing a second series of her hit show.

Scarlette Douglas, 38, who went Down Under for the popular ITV show back in 2022, released her new show Can’t Sell Must Sell earlier this year, co-hosting with brother, ex-Luton Town striker Stuart Douglas.Scarlette and Stuart Douglas standing in front of real estate listings.Scarlette Douglas and her brother Stuart released their new show Can’t Sell Must Sell earlier this yearCredit: Channel 4

But the presenter, who made a name for herself appearing on A Place In The Sun, has been given the green light for a second series of her Channel 4 property show, which quickly became a hit with viewers.

The show sees the sibling duo Scarlette and Stuart makeover properties which have struggled to sell.

The siblings, who are both in the property development industry, use their expertise to help identify, tackle and fix potential issues that may put off future buyers.

The show launched with just six episodes on Channel 4 earlier this year, but has quickly become a huge hit with viewers.

And following its release, the broadcaster has picked up the show for a second series.

The show, produced by South Shore, will see Scarlette and Stuart take on a home each per episode, battling to make them market ready quickly – and on a budget.

News of the series renewal was confirmed by TV Zone, who revealed applications are already open for homeowners to apply.

It’s the latest positive move for Scarlette, who recently shared a sweet update around her love life.

The TV presenter admitted that she’s had “terrible partners” previously, but is now happy with her new fitness instructor flame Kyle Murray.

Kyle was Scarlette’s gym instructor – and had been training the star for her Celebrity Hunted appearance, when the pair ended up hitting it off.

“We’ve been doing step routines on my social media, but people just think that he’s my fitness instructor,” Scarlette told Hello Magazine, “because I haven’t specifically said he’s my boyfriend.”

She continued: “There are little nods to it, like one of the last ones that we did, he put the song, You’re My Lady, by D’Angelo.”

The star described Kyle as the man she “should have always been with”,

She added: “I’ve had some terrible partners in the past, and my ex-partner, [well] it was a toxic relationship. And to have now come and met Kyle, I’m like, this is actually what I deserve.

“But sometimes you have to go through things to learn, to do the work on yourself, to then come out the other side and then meet your person.”

Last year, the star revealed she had frozen her eggs after spending much of her adult life being “business-minded” and “focused on my career”.

But she now feels ready to start a family with her new man, and the pair have already discussed having kids.

She told Hello! she feels ready for children now she’s met Kyle, who she believes would be an “amazing dad”.
