While some streaming platforms hold back a little during a holiday week, others go all in with huge releases – that’s the case this weekend, where we’re seeing big drops from Netflix (new eps of Stranger Things), Apple TV (the Pluribus season finale) and Peacock (the complete season of The Copenhagen Test). These aren’t the only titles arriving to streaming, but they’re certainly some of the biggest.

Not sure which new releases to check out? Let us here at Decider help you figure out what to watch this weekend and where to stream it.
New Movies & Shows To Stream This Weekend: Stranger Things, Pluribus, The Copenhagen Test + More

It’s almost the end of an era now that the second batch of episodes from Stranger Things season 5 have dropped on Netflix. Three new episodes of the series arrived on December 25. Another one of this year’s most-talked-about shows is also wrapping up this week, the season one finale of Pluribus hits Apple TV this Friday. And on Saturday, you can catch the complete first season of the new thriller The Copenhagen Test on Peacock.
New on Netflix December 25: Stranger Things 5: Volume 2
So close! We are truly so close to the end of Stranger Things, now that Season 5, Part 2 dropped on Christmas. (Less than a week till the very last episode – arriving on New Year’s Eve – is here!) Can Will’s new powers defeat Vecna once and for all? Probably, right? You can catch the three new episodes now on Netflix.
New on Apple TV December 23: Pluribus (Season 1 Finale)
If you haven’t gotten caught up on Apple TV’s new hit Pluribus, there’s no better time, with the season one finale of the Vince Gilligan series arriving to the streamer this week. The series, about a woman named Carol Sturka (Rhea Seehorn) who’s one of the only people on the planet unaffected by an alien virus that makes people freakishly content and happy all the time, is one of the best of the year. With every episode now available, there’s no better time to watch it all the way through.
New on Peacock December 27: The Copenhagen Test
The Copenhagen Test is a new espionage thriller series co-produced by James Wan about a Chinese-American intelligence analyst named Alexander Hale (Simu Liu) who realizes his brain has been hacked, giving the perpetrators access to everything he sees and hears, and he’s got to figure out who’s inside his brain, and why. The series co-stars Melissa Barrera, Sinclair Daniel, and Brian D’Arcy James and all episodes drop at once on Saturday, the perfect weekend binge watch.
