PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle have shared the clearest glimpse of their kids yet – after rebranding their Archewell charity.

Meghan and Lilibet are next to them, holding hands.
Lilibet is wearing a sweet blue dress and long socks with silver shoes, as her mum wears a simple cream dress on a wooden bridge.
It comes as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s joint charity, the Archewell Foundation, will be renamed Archewell Philanthropies as it marks five years since being founded.
And a video posted on their Instagram two hours earlier revealed a small snippet of the kids helping out with food trays in a heartwarming moment.
The two youngsters were then seen helping their father push a trolley of food made to feed the poor in California on Thanksgiving this year.
The video was captioned: “On behalf of the Office of Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and Archewell, we wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyful new year.”
The footage of the royals appeared to be taken last month in what was a rare glimpse into their lives.
In November, Archie and Lili joined their parents as the Archewell Foundation partnered with Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles (OBKLA) to prepare meals for the local community.
Meghan was pictured in a white cap and a black apron, prominently featuring the blue logo of their Archewell Foundation.
Meanwhile, Harry, with his sleeves rolled up, wore an apron bearing the OBKL logo and a black cap.
It comes as Archewell undergoes big changes and will be renamed Archewell Philanthropies.
Harry and Meghan set up the Archewell Foundation, which follows the mission statement “Show up, do good”, after stepping down from their royal duties and moving to Los Angeles in 2020.
This year, the charity has advocated for safer digital spaces and the responsible development of artificial intelligence.
It has also funded support for children affected by conflict in Gaza and Ukraine.
But big changes are now underway at Archewell and the charity is being moved to fiscal sponsor status, it was revealed today.
Fiscal sponsorship status is when a larger tax-exempt nonprofit – the fiscal sponsor – lends its legal and tax-exempt status to smaller projects or groups.

It is a common setup that retains Archewell’s non-profit structure while letting charitable projects grow more easily around the world.
Fiscal sponsorship allows the smaller companies to receive tax-deductible donations and grants without registering as their own charity.
It acts as a temporary financial and administrative home for charitable initiatives.
Under the new approach, an established 501(c)(3) will oversee the administrative side, including compliance, finances and global grant making.
Harry and Meghan will continue to guide the mission itself, setting priorities and choosing the initiatives and partnerships they support.
The latest change will see the couple focus more on handing out grants around the world, it is understood.
Harry and Meghan have described the rebrand as a family effort, with the new structure creating space for their children – Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4 – to be part of the long-term “philanthropic” identity they’re building together.
A spokeswoman for Harry and Meghan has now said: “This next chapter allows Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, to broaden their global philanthropic efforts as a family, with meaningful reach and maximum impact, grounded in the same values, partnerships, and their commitment to show up and do good.”
Meghan has rebranded this year after ditching American Riviera Orchard due to trademark issues and launching As Ever, instead.
It coincided with her Netflix show ‘With Love, Meghan’ and her podcast Archetypes was ditched by Spotify and she started up ‘Confessions of Female Founder’ instead.
Founded in 2020, the Archewell Foundation is the hub of the Sussexes’ philanthropic focus.
The charity has depended primarily on contributions from anonymous wealthy benefactors to fund its grant-making activities.
Last year, it gave a total of £1,026,240 to charitable causes, and received £4,183,892 in grants – largely from one cash injection of £3,947,148, understood to have come from Fidelity Charitable.
The US-based fund also donated £789,415 the previous year.
The remaining income came from five anonymous individuals.
Harry and Meghan set up their post-Megxit project ‘Archewell’ in April 2020.
It was based on the Greek work ‘ache’ meaning ‘source of action’ and the English word ‘well’.
