Love Island’s Molly Smith reveals horrifying hen do hotel experience after staying in room with ‘bloodstains’

LOVE Island star Molly Smith reveals horrifying ordeal as recalled how her hen do hotel room was covered in “bloodstains” and “moist sheets”.

The blonde beauty, 32, has returned from her “wild” hen trip in Ibiza, ahead of tying the knot to fiancé Tom Clare.

Molly officially kicked off her wedding celebrations in style as she jetted off to soak up some sun last month.

Molly also shared a slew of snaps from the trip, during which she enjoyed a lavish yacht day out and gorgeous dinners.

The reality beauty has since returned and took to her podcast NearlyWeds, whom she shares with Tom, to give a full bridal breakdown of her hen do.

Sitting on the pod alongside two of her bridal party and Tom, Molly described the holiday as ‘wild’, with the chaos starting from the moment she boarded her flight.

Molly recalled how she was heckled by a group of guys on the plane who shouted insults at her and her party.

She mimicked one guy who had said: “What are you off scrubbers Island ?”

This was met with laughs from Molly who was determined to not let it ruin her trip.

However, this was only the start of her troubles as when she landed she became trapped in a hotel nightmare.

Molly arrived at a hotel in Ibiza, but when she entered her room 309 she was met with a ‘musty’ smell.

“We check into our hotel, we walk in. Me, Hayley and Sophie were sharing a room. As we’re unpacking, we’re like ‘what is that smell?’ Honestly, it smelled like dust, like musty,” Molly said.

Her friend replied: “Yeah, it’s like someone wet the concrete and shut every window.”

Molly continued: “The bed sheets were moist. Room 309, we shall not forget.”

“I’m telling you guys, I’m sure someone’s died in there. Also, bloodstains everywhere, right? Yeah, on the floor. Yeah, by the shower, there was a bloody fingerprint,” she and her friend added.

After bringing it up to staff they realised they seemingly had knowledge something had happened in the room.

“We were chilling by the pool one day and the staff came over and was like, ‘is everything okay with your stay ?’. And we thought you know what, now’s our time.

“We said, in our room, you know, it looks like there’s bloodstains. And they went ‘what room?’ and we went, 309. They looked at each other and went, ohhh.

“Something went down in that room,” Tom chimed.

Despite having a few bad experiences at the start of her trip, Molly recalled just how much fun she had.

The blonde beauty rocked a stunning bridal wardrobe whilst away, including a lacy white corset-style swimsuit.

Featuring a plunging neckline and cut-out detail, the garment was embroidered with the phrase ‘Miss to Mrs’ in blue thread.

She added a veil over her blonde locks with the words “Mrs Clare” also embroidered in blue.

The star has also revealed on social media that she is set to launch a bridal hen do range with River Island later this month, sharing a few shots from her shoot.

Molly looked stunning in a sequin jacket and glammed up in a silver halterneck top and shorts.

She and fiancé Tom met on Love Island All Stars in 2024 with the pair set to tie the knot later this year.
