The King and Queen share their official Christmas card with the public every year.

The King and Queen have chosen a picture from when they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in Rome to use on their official Christmas card this year. Posing arm in arm in the gardens of Villa Wolkonsky in the Italian capital, Charles and Camilla smile fondly at the camera.
They are surrounded by blooming flowers and lush green trees as they stand in the beautiful grounds of the home of the British ambassador to Italy. Respected royal photographer Chris Jackson captured the image, which was taken in April during their state visit to Italy.
The image was released to commemorate their 20th wedding anniversary on April 9, which fell during the busy trip.
The Queen, 78, wears a white and beige coat dress by Anna Valentine and a Lily of the Valley brooch, a symbol of enduring love, while the King is wearing a navy suit and neutral tie to match his wife.
The card featured the usual festive greeting and said: “Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year.”
Senior royals regularly release official images for Christmas cards that are sent to friends, family and colleagues.
Last year, the King and Queen shared a new picture of the couple taken when the monarch postponed public engagements to undergo cancer treatment.

Charles continues to undergo regular treatment for the disease but maintains a busy schedule of engagements.
This week he welcomed the German President to Windsor Castle for an official state visit, the third inbound visit this year. The last time three state visits were hosted in the UK was in 1988.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are expected to release their own festive card in the coming weeks, having shared a picture from when Catherine announced she had finished chemotherapy.
It showed the family of five with their arms around each other and smiling in Norfolk.
