The Prince of Wales surprised fans on Thursday night as he appeared at an Aston Villa match against Red Bull Salzburg in Birmingham. Prince William looked focused as the match went on.
Wearing a dark jacket with a dark top and a light shirt underneath, Villa supporter William was snapped wincing during the match with his beloved team. The Austrians had scored two goals against the royal’s favourite club by minute 59.
But Aston Villa got one back by minute 64, when Morgan Rogers scored his first Europa League goal of the season, with the equaliser coming a few minutes later by Tyrone Mings and a winning one by Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba shortly after. William was seen celebrating with glee.

William is a passionate Villa supporter and has attended several matches in the past, some of which with his children.
It comes after the heir carried out a series of engagements on Wednesday.
The prince visited the Ubele Initiative, a community hub in Wood Green, north London, where he met black youngsters involved in charities and projects funded by BBC Children in Need’s We Move FWD programme.
During the visit, William also joined a roundtable discussion on career pathways for young black people, asking those present about the barriers they face.

He met a small group of young people who are part of the Humber All Nations Alliance youth club, based in Hull and the Humber, and who spend time gardening with the community hub.
He spoke with them about growing food, why they enjoy it and also asked about their hobbies outside of gardening.
Later, William sat down to chat with youngsters from the Thurrock African Group and radio presenter Richie Brave about their community radio and podcast projects and the importance of discussing big topics.
