LOVE Island star Helena Ford is “not wasting time crying over her ex” just days after she split from Carrington Rodriguez.
The Sun revealed last week that US bombshell Carrington had been seeing other girls behind Helena’s back.

Helena then confirmed that she and Carrington had ended things.
And now pals have said that Helena had put her break-up behind her after things “fizzled out” with Carrington – and is open to dating again.
A source said: “Helena is not letting her split with Carrington keep her down, she always wasn’t 100 per cent sure of his intentions and they were never officially a couple.
“She’s keen to put her brief romance with Carrington behind her and she’s ready to have a hot girl summer.
They mutually ended things after it fizzled out, the communication just wasn’t happening on both ends.
“She’s looking forward to dating again and meeting other guys.
“She’s not hiding the fact that she’s disappointed but is also glad it happened now and not later down the line.
“She’s grown so much in confidence and she’s happier in herself and her life – so the future is bright for her and she wants to see what else is out there – whether it’s romance or her career.”
It comes after Carrington broke his silence on the split and said there was no bad blood between him and Helena.
He said: “Me and Helena are still friends. We haven’t really been talking for two weeks.
“We weren’t talking or committed. I wasn’t in a relationship, I’ve only been committed to two people and she wasn’t one of them, we were talking.
“The last time we talked, she said it, I said it, we agreed on it – just moving forward as friends.
“Now could things change, yeah, she could not want to be friends and when I’m out there in June, she could not want to kick it, that’s up to her.
“It was a good conversation.”
Carrington then reiterated that they weren’t a couple and were still just in the talking phase.
He continued: “Talked for two weeks on Love Island, went back home for a week, came back talked, about the second week it kind of just fizzled out a bit.
“Eventually we had that conversation. Not everything is going to work.
“But that’s okay, that’s life.”

Carrington had relocated to London after the show, saying it would allow him to properly dedicate time to his connection with Helena.
But The Sun learned Carrington had allegedly been on at least one date with a girl who wasn’t Helena.
He was also accused of inviting a group of women back to his Airbnb accommodation.
Prior to this, Carrington and Helena had jetted off to Paris with their fellow Islanders, but fans noticed he featured only briefly in her latest Insta posts.
Viewers had been questioning whether the pair would ever make their relationship official.
A source said at the time: “Carrington and Helena have never said they’re locked off or closed off, but him seeing other women like this will raise eyebrows.
“Rumours have been rife that the pair have split after crucial clues in the content from Paris.”
The pair had an up-and-down journey in the All Stars villa, with Helena even choosing to dump him over fears about his commitment.
But they later patched things up and decided to give their romance another go.
In a recent interview before their split, Carrington spelled out the timeline of when he would commit to Helena during an appearance on co-star Whitney Adebayo’s podcast.
Carrington replied: “I would say by the six-month mark for sure, that’s enough time talking.
“That’s the time where it’s like, we’re friends or we’re talking.”
“I’d say six months would be the limit of we’re doing this together or we’re just friends.
“That’s the thing with me and Helena – I don’t think it would ever be spiteful.”
