The singer, who lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with husband Mike Fisher and their two sons, Isaiah and Jacob, is battling what insiders are calling “never-ending repairs” while caring for dozens of animals.

HelloMagazine reported that last year, Underwood was thrilled when the 16-by-28-foot greenhouse on her 400-acre property produced its first harvest. The greenhouse includes L-shaped, rectangular, and round planting beds, along with outdoor raised beds to grow a variety of produce.

She shared the moment with fans on Instagram, showing off two ripe mandarins and writing, “Ahhhhh!!!! Picked my first mandarins today! I’m so excited!!!!” In another since-expired story, she revealed her homegrown limes, noting they had turned yellow as they ripened.

Beyond the greenhouse, the property features a chicken coop where she collects fresh eggs for her family, giving her a true farm-to-table lifestyle.
