The former Nascar star is proving to fans she can do it all as she shared snaps of her enjoying a girls night out just hours after uploading a video of her working on her physique in the gym.

The 43-year-old uploaded the posts on Thursday to her Instagram account, where she boasts over one million followers.

She first treated fans to a view inside her gym routine, where she was shown deadlifting somewhere in the region of 200 lbs.

Not bad from the fitness fanatic, considering she stands at around five feet two inches.

But she traded in her gym clothes for a bold sparkling outfit as she headed out for a memorable trip with friends.

Patrick was front and centre of a group heading out to celebrate a birthday, with a jet-setting trip that even included a private plane ride to make someone’s 21st birthday special.

Among the pictures she uploaded to her social media was a snap of her in a head-turning golden sparkly outfit.

She captioned the post with a message celebrating the occasion.

She wrote, “Literally can’t remember what I did for my 21st birthday.
