Now, Ronnie Vint has revealed he has permanently transformed his hairline with a surgical transplant.

Sharing a before picture of himself inked up and ready for surgery, he wrote: “We did a little thing,” before tagging Harley Street Hair Transplant.

The 29-year-old said he was “finally ready to get this done” as he later shared an impressive after snap showing off his restored hairline.

During his first stint on Love Island, Ronnie became known for his distinctive barnet, with hundreds of comments flooding social media.

Viewers speculated he was wearing a wig or hairpiece, or using cosmetic products to cover thinning hair.

Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her podcast, Ronnie admitted he felt insecure about his hairline.

He said: “So my hairline, if I ain’t got this powder in, my hairline’s back in Majorca. It’s that bad.”

The reality star previously admitted to using hair fibres to temporarily build up his locks.

Ronnie explained: “I use like a Toppik Fiber. So when I wash my hair it’s like nothing, so my hair is there obviously, but it just fills in like the little gaps. I’ve always used it.”

Hair transplants are becoming increasingly popular and accessible for men worried about thinning hair.

Ronnie now joins a growing list of stars who have undergone the procedure, including former Made In Chelsea star Ryan Libbey.
