Love Island winners Julia & Lorenzo hit by shock new drama as Angie & Simba’s swipe leaves fans stunned
ANGIE and Simba have taken a swipe at Love Island winners Julia and Lorenzo as they shared their REAL feelings on coming third on this year’s series of the ITV2 dating show.
The couple appeared on the most recent episode of Paul C Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast.

Paul asked the pair: “You thought third, but you wanted one or two places up?”
Neurological rehabilitation assistant Simba explained that a previous vote in the villa made him think that they would have gone further than they did.
The former Islanders returned and had to vote for who they thought didn’t deserve to be in the final – and Angie and Simba didn’t get any.
Simba replied: “I feel like I big tell tale for me was all the ex Islanders coming in, I’ll never forget that day.

“All the ex Islanders, all the people we’ve lived with, they’ve seen our highs and our lows as well.
“Most important thing is, 24 hours worth, they are living every single day with us. We didn’t get any votes.”
Angie chimed in: “The vote was who doesn’t deserve to get to the final.”
Simba explained: “Some couples were on eight votes, every couple had at least two votes, the next up were two, and those are the winners. Julia and Lorenzo had two.
“But we had none.
“For me, from the public perspective, if I’m watching that as a member of the public, I’m thinking, OK, maybe they might not be my favourite couple, but at the end of the day, these are the people who are spending the most time with them every day.
“And they think that they are not worthy of getting any votes as a reason as to why they shouldn’t get to the final.”
Paul replied: “So you were hopeful that you could have won?”
Simba told the host: “I was hopeful, but as Angie said, we knew we weren’t going to win it. Me and Kav literally said, Lorenzo and Julia are winning it.
“Second is a flip of a coin. Me and Kav literally said that.
“Even the percentage, we missed it by like 1.1%.”
The other couple who made it to the final were Kavan and Jasmine.
While Simba and Angie, as well as Kavan and Jasmine appear to be going strong, fans have shared their concern over Lorenzo and Julia.
Last week viewers suggested the pair may have split for good – after he ‘snubbed’ her gaining British citizenship and followed more sexy girls online.
They have been plagued by break-up talk from fans since returning to the UK.
Things took a fresh twist after Julia took to Instagram to reveal she is now officially a British citizen.
She wrote: “The only time I’ll pledge allegiance to a man.
“I’m officially British! What a summer to remember. So grateful to all my family and friends who have supported me along this journey.
“Born and raised Polish, now proudly British too. So glad to be a citizen of two countries I love and proud to carry my roots with me wherever I go.
“Two countries, two cultures, one very proud girl.”
However, followers soon noticed that partner Lorenzo hadn’t ‘liked’ Julia’s milestone update.
