I’m a Celeb champ Adam Thomas’ ‘real feelings’ about win revealed after on-screen row with Jimmy and David

ADAM Thomas’ feelings after winning I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! have been revealed.

It comes after the star had a huge on-screen row with Jimmy Bullard and David Haye the night he was crowned King of the Jungle, leaving Ant and Dec floored.

Body language expert Judi James told the Mirror, Adam appeared to be in a “low emotional state” despite his victory.

She shared: “There has never been a winner of I’m A Celeb showing in such an apparently low emotional state as Adam Thomas last night.

“As he stood waiting for the result to be announced, Adam kept his hands thrust in his pockets and, with an unsmiling expression, his eyes looked full of tears.

“He appeared resigned here and it looked as though even the win might have not been reward enough for all the dramas that led up to it.”

The expert continued to discuss the impact the row with the other lads may have had on Adam’s demeanour.

She added: “I’ve covered and worked on reality shows for years and it’s important to realise that, for the celebrities, the reward comes from attention, screen time and brand-buffing.

“They hate to be upstaged and left in the wings with the spotlight on somebody else.

“For this series the winning of that spotlight looked brutal, with arguments being the main form of currency to get attention on the final show here.

“Jimmy made this show about him by dominating chat time that should have been evenly dispersed.

“It became the Jimmy show and that appeared to be David’s cue to try to regain some attention by joining in

“David’s body language display suggested a strong desire to gain profile interest and power by performing a full splay, throwing his arms out wide in a signature pose from his time in the ring.”

The live final last night descended into utter chaos, despite Ant and Dec trying to calm the situation down.

It was so heated that Gemma Collins and Sinitta stormed off the stage as Jimmy went around each campmate and asked them if Adam Thomas‘s behaviour towards him was “aggressive and abusive” when they had a bust-up during filming.

Jimmy was riled when Ant insisted Adam wasn’t intimidating in scenes that weren’t aired on TV due to the C-word being thrown around.

The former footballer called it a “liberty” and was backed by his controversial pal David Haye, who demanded Adam explain why he was lobbing obscenities at Jimmy.

ITV veterans Ant and Dec uncharacteristically lost their cool and struggled to keep a lid on tempers on stage.

A rattled Adam hit back at David, telling him to “let the finalists speak”, which received cheers from the crowd.

Boos came every time David interrupted as he revelled in his role of pantomime villain.

The TV presenting duo referenced the chaos on tonight’s episode of Britain’s Got Talent, with Ant cheekily saying how much he “loves live TV”.
