aving gotten dressed up to the nines earlier this month to attend the Grand National, Zara Tindall rocked a more understated look on 18 April as she rode into the ring herself to compete in the FEI Barefoot Retreats Burnham Market International Horse Trials in Norfolk.

The 44-year-old niece of King Charles was spotted donning white jodhpurs, riding boots, and a helmet as she was spotted navigating jumps on the back of her horse, Classicals Euro Star.

She also pulled her signature blonde hair back under a net so it stayed out of her face while she rode. Later, Princess Anne’s daughter took off her riding boots but kept on her knee-high socks and added a pair of trainers to walk her dog around the event’s grounds.

A formal look

Meanwhile, on day two of the Randox Grand National Festival at Aintree Racecourse, Zara was a vision in peach. The royal opted for a single-breasted blazer by ME + EM, as identified by Royal British Fashion on Instagram, and the brand’s matching tailored cropped trousers.

Rounding off her look were a pair of drop earrings by Hector Lion, as well as a beautiful percher hat by Camilla Rose Millinery, and last but not least, the ‘Tavistock’ shades by Finlay & Co.

Zara’s busy diary

Zara’s diary has been packed with equestrian events throughout March and April. The royal swapped her heels for riding boots once again on 27 March as she competed at the Barbury Horse Trials. Meanwhile, she was a well-dressed spectator on each day of the Cheltenham Festival two weeks before.

The pro equestrian wore four fabulous looks across the duration of the festival. Perhaps her most memorable was a burgundy coat dress by The Fold paired with a cornflower blue John Lewis roll-neck jumper as she posed up a storm alongside her soon-to-be sister-in-law, Harriet Sperling.
