Martha and Michael shared a sweet black and white photo as they gave their followers a first glimpse of their newborn daughter.
The parents smiled for a selfie in a lift as their little girl was fast asleep in a car seat.
They followed it up with a second picture of their daughter dressed in a pale yellow cardigan, shorts and matching hat, with white socks.
Alongside the sweet photos, Martha revealed the unique name they have chosen for their baby.
She captioned it: “Our girl is here. Sunday Maria Brunelli, two weeks early and completely perfect. We are smitten.”
In October, the couple revealed they were expecting their second child.
The E4 stars took to Instagram for their big reveal, sharing an adorable video of her son kissing her bare baby bump.
In her caption she wrote: “Knocked up n’ knocked out. Will be back bigger and better soon… fingers crossed!”
Some followers took the “knocked out” part of her caption to suggest she was again battling the same severe morning sickness she suffered with her firstborn.
One then put: “I hope this pregnancy is so much smoother than the last. The biggest congratulations for your gorgeous family.”
Martha and Michael got together on the 2019 series of MAFS Australia and are one of the few couple that are still an item, getting engaged two years later.
They welcomed their adorable baby boy Lucius February in 2023.
Yet since then, she has been subject to cruel mum-shaming as trolls suggested her two-year-old was “overweight.”
Elsewhere, Martha had a tough first pregnancy after being diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum at five weeks.
It’s a severe morning sickness condition, which was also suffered by Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton.
Martha said at the time: “It hasn’t been this exciting, wonderful time for us. I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining.
“We are so excited, we are so happy, it was a complete surprise. But at five weeks I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum.
“Which is severe chronic nausea and vomiting with no relief. It is 24-7. I literally didn’t get out of bed for two months.”
Martha then revealed that the horrifying sickness meant she lost ten kilograms in weight in just a matter of weeks.
“We have been in and out of the emergency room and hospital,” she said, before revealing she was being treated with “life-changing” medication to tackle the nausea.
