Karoline Leavitt posted a rare photograph of her husband while marking a personal celebration over the weekend.

The White House Press Secretary celebrated her 28th birthday on Sunday and enjoyed the occasion with her family in New Hampshire. She posted several images on Instagram from her birthday festivities, showcasing both her husband Nicholas Riccio, 59, and their young son Niko, who celebrated his first birthday last month.

In the initial photograph, captured at the seaside, the mother-of-one beamed at the camera while sporting a brief white dress layered over swimwear, accessorized with sunglasses. Young Niko, also dressed in swimming attire, gazed at the camera as his mother cradled him. It comes after Leavitt was forced to make a huge change after being brutally mocked.

The following image displayed Karoline and her spouse grinning with the ocean as their backdrop while taking a selfie together with little Niko. She additionally posted a third photograph of two greeting cards she received from her husband and son – one stating “Happy Birthday to My Wife … My Otter Half,” and displaying an illustration of two embracing otters, while another from Niko was adorned with balloons and celebration decorations and stated, “Mom… You’re the coolest.”

The photograph also revealed a bouquet of flowers in the background. Karoline captioned the post with “28” including various emojis such as a cake, hearts, the ocean and the American flag.

Numerous supporters extended birthday wishes, with one commenting, “Happy Birthday. Keep shining, you are such an inspiration!” Another person penned, “Happy Birthday Karoline! ! Hope you have a great year ahead! !” A third chimed in, “Happy birthday to the pride of the granite state! ! ! You are everything this wife, mom, daughter, and patriot aspires to be!” A supporter gushed, “Only 28? ! ? ! Wow! You’ve done more with your few years than some people will do with a lifetime. Very inspiring!”.

Someone else chimed in, “You are incredible! ! Happy Birthday! ! !” One more penned, “To the most amazing US press secretary ever, happy birthday! Your communication skills have taught me so much. And you’re a wonderful mother and example to women everywhere! Thank you for being you.”

It comes after Karoline kicked off her birthday festivities early last week with an extravagant surprise from her Trump team colleagues. Her coworkers pulled out all the stops to make her feel cherished before her special day with an impressive spread of decorations, goodies and high-end presents.

The elaborate surprise left Karoline stunned as she was filmed by President Trump aide Margo Martin, who serves as a Special Assistant and Communications Advisor.

The footage of Karoline – who recently faced mockery on the animated comedy show South Park – showing her reaction as she walked into what looked like The Roosevelt Room in The White House was shared on Instagram Thursday morning. Multiple team members gathered around a table overflowing with items in the center of the room.

Karoline was spotted grinning broadly as she admitted, “This is so embarrassing,” while the assembled crowd serenaded her with Happy Birthday. She then declared, “Oh my gosh,” as everyone started applauding for her.

The table was covered with confetti and decorations throughout, with a nearby chair holding silver and pink balloons shaped like the number 28.

A variety of donuts and fruit was laid out, along with water and coffee, and the gifts featured an item inside a Louis Vuitton designer bag. Karoline is recognized for her fondness of the brand and has frequently been photographed carrying her $2,170 monogram Neverfull tote bag.

In the video caption, Margot penned, “Happy early birthday @karolineleavitt,” including a crying-laughing emoji and a smiley emoji sporting a birthday hat.
