Love Island fans are calling OUT one couple in the villa — and they’re not holding back
Love Island viewers “not buying” one couple’s romance in the Villa
Will they last?
Love Island viewers have been left unconvinced by Priya and Samraj’s budding romance, with many predicting the pair’s connection won’t survive much longer. The couple have experienced a turbulent journey in the Villa so far, weathering disagreements, love triangle drama and growing tensions with other Islanders.
After being temporarily separated while they explored their respective connections with Lorenzo and Mica, the pair eventually found their way back to each other after Love Island‘s latest recoupling. Still, viewers have shared doubts about whether their chemistry is genuine following scenes aired tonight (17 June).
The relationship came under fresh scrutiny after a steamy kiss, prompting viewers to issue a warning to Priya and point out one of Samraj’s recent conversations with the rest of the boys in the Villa.

One viewer wrote: “Samraj wasn’t u saying priya has a huge ego and u wouldn’t have gone for that [sic]”, while another commented: “samraj literally lovebombing priya after calling her embarrassing and telling all the boys he’s gonna settle and be with her because he ‘has to’ i actually need him out like yesterday.”
Others agreed, almost in unison, with posts such as, “Samraj and Priya, we’re simply not buying it,” and: “oh Samraj is taking this ‘faking’ it to Priya too well.”
But Priya and Samraj weren’t the only ones to attract attention. In tonight’s episode, Kavan, Simba, Mica and Yasmin were surprised when a text message revealed they had been specially selected to leave the main Villa and spend the night getting to know four new arrivals.
While the rest of the Islanders were left wondering what might happen, the chosen four headed off to a second Villa where temptation was waiting.

Back in the main Villa, however, attention turned to an unlikely pairing. With Kavan and Yasmin absent, former flames Jasmine and Lorenzo – who viewers believe could reunite – found themselves spending more time together. The pair bonded over missing their current partners, but it didn’t take long for the conversation to turn playful.
Jasmine insisted she missed Kavan but maintained that she wouldn’t stand in the way if he found a better connection. Lorenzo, on the other hand, joked that all the effort he’d put into pursuing Yasmin may have been wasted after only a day together.
But things took another turn when Lorenzo suggested the pair coupled up again should their current partners return with someone new on their mind. Jasmine was amused by the idea, while Lorenzo took things further by teasing another kiss could be on the cards following their steamy moment in the recent kissing challenge.
Love Island continues Thursday (18 June) from 9pm on ITV2.
