Viewers were quick to spot tension brewing between the two axed Islanders, swiftly calling out the ‘rude’ move.

In a cryptic Instagram post, Curtis’s sister in law Zara Zoffany who is engaged to former Strictly star AJ, shared a Valentines day video of Curtis which has fans reeling.

In the clip uploaded to his own social media page, we see the Love Island alum at a dining table for his birthday, overlaid with the caption: “Singles …I’m taking charge to find Curtis a valentine ! Xoxo his sister in law.”

It was accompanied with more text underneath the post which had Zara declare that she “wasn’t too impressed with the girls in the Villa”.

She wrote: “Hey guys ! @zarazoffany here. Well .. I wasn’t too impressed with the girls in the Villa & my brother in law deserves a Valentines … comment a ‘(heart emoji)’ if you think you could be the one! I will pick 1 girl to join us on a double date tomorrow !!I will DM you by midday tomorrow.”

Fans flooded the comments branding the post as ‘rude’, with Kyra herself penning: “Ouch lol.”

Hurt by the move fellow axed US Islander Imani jumped to her defence, she added: “Interesting lol.”

“This may be well intended but comes off as quite rude. Choices,” wrote one fan.

Another questioned: “What happened to Kyra?”

“Zara knows he’s still with Kyra? WHY post this,” chimed a third.

“That’s pretty rude to Kyra and kind of tacky,” whilst a fourth commented.

A fifth remarked: “Kyra is a sweetheart (heart emoji) Zara is passing judgement on 10 mins of screen time.”

Some fans even urged Curtis to get back with his former All Stars beau from Season 2 Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, adding: “@ekinsuofficial (heart emoji) definitely should be his valentine, their personalities suited each other.”
