Dee Koala breaks her silence with an emotional video following the death of rapper Bravo Le Roux
Rapper and digital creator Dee Koala has publicly reacted to the passing of fellow musician Bravo Le Roux, who died on Thursday, 22 January 2026, in Switzerland.
The Cape Town–born artist, who was previously romantically linked to Bravo Le Roux, shared a short tribute video on her TikTok page on Friday, 23 January 2026. The clip, which quickly circulated online, was captioned with a single word: “Damn.”
Dee Koala later continued honoring the late rapper on her Instagram Stories, where she reposted memories from their time working together in the studio, reflecting on their creative connection and shared experiences.

Bravo Le Roux had previously addressed their past relationship during a July 2023 podcast interview with Nkuleleko and Culture, confirming that the two briefly dated before he met his current partner, who is also the mother of his daughter.
