Adam Thomas’ wife shares glimpse inside family holiday after supporting him through I’m A Celebrity

Adam Thomas’ wife has shared a glimpse inside their recent family holiday, which comes after she was seen supporting him through the trauma he said he faced taking part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’s spin-off show.

The 37-year-old actor was voted the winner by public vote during the live final of the pre-recorded series, I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, during which he was accused of being “abusive, aggressive and intimidating” by former footballer Jimmy Bullard.

Viewers were also left stunned when boxer David Haye joined in the conversation to accuse the ITV show of editing footage to make Manchester-born Adam look like a ‘victim’, which led to presenters Ant and Dec having to step in and try to control the situation as the chaos unfolded on live TV.

Following the final, Adam broke his silence on social media while his wife, Caroline, who was in the studio audience on the night, also had her say as she vowed to celebrate her husband’s win properly after he could barely raise a smile as he was crowned I’m A Celeb’s second-only ‘legend’.

She said at the time: “What should have been a night of celebration for everyone turned into a glimpse of a real jungle, watching a pack of vultures attack! I have never ever seen anything like the vile display that was demonstrated live on national television last night, on what is supposed to be a loved family show full of laughter and fun!”

They have since appeared to put the drama behind them, and last week, during the school half-term break, Adam was seen enjoying a holiday with his older brother, Ryan, together with their families as they headed to Turkey.

It was just this week that Caroline was seen taking to social media to share some snaps from the break. They showed her, Adam and their two children – Teddy and Elsie – posing for family selfies before getting stuck into the activities they could during their sun-soaked break.

Alongside the post, Caroline wrote: “HOME [heart emoji] from the most perfect week with our little gang. Nothing more special than switching off in the sun and having some well deserved family time [heart emoji]. Memories to cherish forever.”

It comes after former Coronation Street star Ryan also shared a string of images from the trip, including a group shot of him and his partner, Lucy Mecklenburgh, and their young children, Roman and Lilah, alongside Adam and his family. They were also briefly joined by brother Scott and his girlfriend, Lauren Kingsman. “First family holiday,” he captioned the post.
