Married at First Sight descended into complete chaos as audiences slammed Bec’s outburst during a fiery dinner party.

The Australian edition of the Channel 4 programme has captivated viewers since its latest series launched.

From the start, the show has been packed with controversy, and Wednesday evening (April 2) proved no different, with Bec firmly in the spotlight.

The bride launched into a series of confrontations with her fellow participants, initially inserting herself into newcomers Joel and Juliette’s romance.

She challenged Joel over what she saw as his insufficient regard for Juliette’s relatives during their wedding ceremony, reports OK!.

This sparked a tense exchange between the two. “Sorry if I left you out, darling, I know you want attention,” Joel said.

Bec was not happy with the remark and proceeded to tell Joel he gives her the ick, though it was evident that her own actions were what had unsettled everyone seated around the table.

She subsequently turned her attention to critiquing Grayson and Julia’s union, before engaging in yet another furious dispute with fellow bride Gia.

Following Gia’s remarks about Bec’s husband at the preceding dinner party, Bec was incensed to witness Gia and her partner Scott appearing so affectionate.

She didn’t hold back as she began to shout and made comments across the dinner table. Matters escalated when Gia and Scott disclosed that they had got matching tattoos.

Bec was furious and said that the pair are playing games, claiming they were doing whatever it took to become the series’ dominant couple. The tension escalated further when Bec shouted at Gia to cease glaring at her with her “evil eyes”.

Gia hit back with a bombshell revelation, producing what she alleged were nasty messages Bec had sent about Alissa.

The whole room was shocked at the revelation and as expected Alissa was upset that the pair were still talking about her behind her back.

However, the screenshots Gia threatened to share were not actually shown at the dinner party.

Home audiences were quick to take to social media to express their views on the dramatic turn of events, with many criticising Bec’s conduct.

One viewer posted on X: “Bec is a headache #mafsau. Another fumed: ” Another vented: “I’m honestly finding this show unbearable to watch tonight from Bec’s attitude, honey lower your voice and back off #mafsau.”

A third remarked: “#MAFSAU At this point I think that Bec has 100% completely lost her mind.” Another observed: “Bec was too much tonight in tonight’s episode and I think even Danny was uncomfortable #MAFSAU.”

One person stated: “Bec needs to pipe the f*** down. Absolute constant nonsense #mafsau.” Meanwhile, another contributor noted: “Bec has zero self-awareness and is destroying herself and her relationships. Sad to see. #MAFSAU #MAFS.”
