The Channel 4 star shared news about the latest series of her show with her followers this week.
Amanda Owen made her television comeback in 2024 with a fresh Channel 4 series alongside her former husband and their children.
Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids chronicles the Yorkshire presenter’s ambitious renovation of a dilapidated structure known as Anty John’s.
The programme is now in its third run, with the most recent instalment featuring preparations for Clive’s 70th birthday celebration whilst work on the property advanced, including the successful activation of underfloor heating.
Nevertheless, it appears viewers should prepare themselves for an emotionally charged finale next week, as Amanda Owen has warned followers that the concluding episode will ‘tug on heartstrings’.

Addressing her Instagram audience, the Channel 4 presenter revealed: “I think there’s one more episode next Monday and I think this is- the next one coming is the one that’s going to really tug on the heartstrings because if I remember rightly, it’s about Chalky.”
Chalky was the family’s cherished canine companion who passed away towards the end of last year, reports the Mirror.
When sharing the news, Amanda informed supporters that the dog was ‘fading’ and whilst he’d enjoyed a ‘great life’, he was ‘struggling’.
After posting her update, numerous viewers expressed their sadness about the series drawing to a close. One viewer commented: “Love watching this programme. I’m going to miss it when it ends.”

However, it appears the family has encountered some setbacks this week, with adverse weather and complications involving a water pipe causing disruption.
She remarked: “It’s not the best day, but you just have to get on with it, don’t you?” before promising: “An update will follow in a little while. But, just a big thank you guys, to all of you for your continuing support.”
