Jessika Power confessed “I can’t do this” as she quit during a challenge on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. The Married at First Sight Australia star is one of the celebrities who signed up for the latest series of the Channel 4 show, which sees stars being put through their paces in gruelling military training exercises. But she was tearful as she struggled with a course in the latest instalment, giving up her arm band as she said she was withdrawing.

The directing staff had surprised the recruits with a night time challenge, ordering them to dress in full parade kit. When they got outside the celebs were told they needed to complete a series of burpees, before plunging into freezing water and then tackling some monkey bars. Jessika started the task with the others but soon started to look tearful as she admitted: “I can’t do this. I’m going to have to do withdraw. I can’t do this. Sorry.”

The programme’s directing staff looked stunned but Jessika insisted: “I’m being serious. I can’t. I can’t do this.”

“You’re going to quit now, number eight?” Chris Oliver asked her.

“Yes, yes I am,” the reality TV star replied, handing over her arm band and walking away.

The TV star was then shown in an interview from earlier in the series, where she said she would be very “disappointed” in herself if she ended up giving back the band, which is what the recruits do to signify they are voluntarily withdrawing from the course.”If I hand back my arm band I am going to feel really, really upset and disappointed in myself,” she said. “I want to feel accomplished when I leave the course. I want to know that I’ve pushed myself to my ultimate limit.”
