Amada Owen, who split from her Our Yorkshire Farm husband Clive Owen in 2022, delivers a bombshell about her current views on finding love again

Amanda and Clive Owen shocked the nation when they announced their split three years ago, more than 20 years after they first met at Ravenseat Farm in Yorkshire. They had become household names on the hit series, Our Yorkshire Farm, and at its peak, around 3 million viewers tuned in to watch them tend to their land – and their nine children.

But 2022 saw the end of their marriage and their reality series, when the pair promised they would “continue to work on the farm and co-parent [their nine children] together”. In a new exclusive photoshoot with OK!, Amanda offered an update on how they’re adjusting to life apart, and what she thinks about finding love again.

While they still technically live at the same address, Amanda insisted they were still able to have their own space, saying, “I’m surrounded by people and obviously, one of them is Clive who I’m separated from, but sometimes it feels like I’m not. Like this morning, when I thought, ‘Why are your socks on the floor?’”

“If we were all under one roof in a tiny space, we probably would’ve killed each other, with real clashes of character and all the rest of it,” she continued. “But our ‘home’ is pretty spacious, there are a lot of fields between us. It takes a whole day to walk the perimeter of the farm, so there’s plenty of room to lose yourself.”

The couple released a joint statement about the separation back in 2022, which said their number one priority remained “the happiness and wellbeing of our children.”

However Clive, 69, later revealed he blamed himself for the split, telling The Sun his “constant anger” drove her away. “Looking back on it, I can see now that Amanda needed someone to talk to, someone she could trust, and at that stage, I wasn’t that person,” he shared.

Amanda, 51, and Clive have both dated other people since their split.

Despite her current single status, Amanda told OK! she was never lonely, especially with her and Clive’s nine children – Raven, Reuben, Miles, Edith, Violet, Sidney, Annas, Clemmy, and Nancy – still either living full-time at Ravenseat or regularly visiting.

She also revealed that at 51, she isn’t desperately searching for a new love and in fact, would happily remain single. “Relationship-wise, it would take a certain person to be able to cope with the scenario. And my ex Clive still being an enormous part of my life. It would take a good sense of humour, too!

“Love is honestly not something I’m missing. If it happens, great, if it doesn’t, there’s plenty for me to be getting on with, isn’t there?!”
