Meghan Markle is showing off her cozy California home.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared a clip of her living room on her Instagram story on Friday, Sept. 26, which featured her snoozing rescue beagle, Mia, snoozing on an armchair draped with a Hermès throw — right beside a bouquet of flowers.
“Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica — meet As ever,” she captioned the pic, referring to the varieties of colorful blooms. “With garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace (and a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely, ladies.”
The royal nod to Queen Anne wasn’t the only meaningful detail in the clip. The white decorative planter holding the bouquet features her As Ever lifestyle brand’s logo.
While PEOPLE understands there is no official debut of a new home line planned — the vase was a fun creation for her With Love, Meghan Netflix series — Meghan has hinted in the past that her brand could expand into new areas, including home goods and fashion, making this glimpse a playful hint at what might be on the horizon.

As ever’s first seasonal product launches have included fruit spreads, honey, flower sprinkles, cookie mixes, teas and wine — all carefully selected by Meghan. In April, Meghan hinted that her lifestyle brand could expand into other areas.
“I hope that people see that reflected in whatever it is that I’m creating and putting out there,” she told Inc following her first launch, which sold out within an hour. “It’s just an extension of me.”
Earlier this week, Meghan showed off the inspiration for the As ever logo, which is a palm tree flanked by two hummingbirds.
On Wednesday, Sept. 24, the As ever Instagram page shared a shot of the duchess and her dogs — Mia and black lab Pula — looking out over their backyard in Montecito, California.
“Crisp air, blue skies, and the sweetest moments 🍃,” As ever captioned the shot.
The photo featured two palm trees that connect at their base, which is a meaningful symbol for Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry. In a 2022 interview with The Cut, she shared how the trees caught Harry’s eye when they first toured the house.
“One of the first things my husband saw when we walked around the house was those two palm trees,” she said. “See how they’re connected at the bottom? He goes, ‘My love, it’s us.’ “
“And now every day when Archie goes by us, he says, ‘Hi, Momma. Hi, Papa,’ ” Meghan added of their son Prince Archie, now 6.
The hummingbirds are also a meaningful symbol for the Sussex family — Harry, in particular.
In his 2023 memoir, Spare, the Duke of Sussex, 41, shared an anecdote about finding a hummingbird in his house after the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. He reflected on how the bird is interpreted as a symbol of spirits in some cultures.
Harry wrote that he looked more closely at the bird as it flew around the kitchen and over the playpen “we call Lili Land” set up for his daughter, Princess Lilibet, now 4, who was named after her late great-grandmother.
“I thought hopefully, greedily, foolishly: Is our house a detour — or a destination?” he said of the sighting.
