Meghan Markle has suggested her four-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet, could potentially follow in her footsteps by joining the Girl Scouts.
Speaking to reporters at the Sundance Film Festival, the Duchess of Sussex indicated the family remains open to the possibility.
“I think we’ll continue to explore whatever feels right,” she said when asked about Lilibet’s future involvement with the organisation.
The former actress noted that working on the documentary held particular significance for her as a parent.

Both she and director Alysa Nahmias have young daughters, making the project personally meaningful as they created something their children could enjoy.
Meghan and Prince Harry were in Park City, Utah, for the Sunday morning screening of Cookie Queens at the Eccles Theatre, having attended the worldwide premiere in Salt Lake City the previous evening.
The couple serve as executive producers on the documentary through their company Archewell Productions.
Directed by Alysa Nahmias, the film chronicles four determined young Girl Scouts as they compete for top sales honours in what amounts to a £640million industry.

WME Independent and Submarine are handling sales for the picture. The duke and duchess braved temperatures of minus 10 degrees Celsius for the festival appearance.
Meghan disclosed her personal connection to the Girl Scouts during the premiere, revealing that her mother, Doria Ragland, served as her troop leader when she was growing up.
The duchess spoke warmly about the lasting impact the organisation had on her development.
“It really embeds such great values from the get-go,” she continued to tell Deadline.

Meghan highlighted how the documentary reflects the principles she learned as a young scout.
“I think the value of friendship, of being dedicated to a goal, as you can see that in Cookie Queens, it’s so reflective of how these girls stick with something that’s important to them and don’t give up,” Meghan explained, adding that “self-belief is an integral value that comes with being a Girl Scout.”
The conversation turned to cookie preferences, with Meghan declaring Thin Mints her favourite variety, describing them as “universally” popular.

Her husband’s tastes differ somewhat, with the duchess revealing that Harry favours shortbread cookies alongside Samoas.
When asked about her own sales achievements as a young scout, Meghan admitted she could not recall her exact figures but was certain they fell well short of the 12,000 boxes sold by Olive, the documentary’s record-breaking winner.
“I think I did really well,” she said, noting that modern scouts benefit from tools unavailable in her day, including social media, Venmo and QR codes.
