Savannah Guthrie shared a new video on Instagram as the search for Nancy enters day 24
Savannah Guthrie is continuing to ask the public for their help to find her mom, Nancy Guthrie.
In a new video posted to her Instagram account on Tuesday, Feb. 24, Savannah shared that she and her siblings remain hopeful for their mother’s return, even if Nancy has already “gone home to the Lord that she loves.”
“We also know that she may be lost; she may already be gone. She may already have gone home to the Lord that she loves, and is dancing in heaven with her mom and her dad and her beloved brother, Pierce, and with our daddy,” Savannah said in the clip. “And if this is what is to be, then we will all accept it. But we need to know where she is. We need her to come home.”
Savannah also acknowledged the “millions” of prayers she knows people have been sending for Nancy, and she asked that the public continue to hold her mother in prayer.
“So many people have been praying, of every faith and no faith at all; praying for her return. And we feel those prayers. Please keep praying without ceasing,” she said. “We still believe. We still believe in a miracle. We still believe that she can come home. Hope against hope, as my sister says. We are blowing on the embers of hope.”

Savannah further announced that she and her family are offering a reward of up to $1 million dollars for any information that leads to the recovery of Nancy, who has now been missing since the early morning hours of Feb. 1.
The family is also donating $500,000 dollars to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
“We also know that we are not alone in our loss. We know there are millions of families that have suffered with this kind of uncertainty,” Savannah said of the family’s decision to support NCMEC. “We are hoping that the attention that has been given to our mom and our family will extend to all the families like ours who are in need and need prayers and need support.”
The Today anchor concluded her message with a plea.
“Help us bring our beloved mom home so that we can either celebrate a glorious, miraculous homecoming or celebrate the beautiful, brave, courageous and noble life that she has lived,” she said. “Please be the light in the dark. Thank you.”

Nancy was last seen on Jan. 31. Since then, local, state and federal authorities have flooded the area, spending nearly a month combing the rugged desert terrain for any sign of her or clues that could lead investigators to answers.
Residents in Nancy’s neighborhood were previously asked by the sheriff’s department to submit surveillance footage dating back to Jan. 1, with particular focus on two windows of time between Jan. 11 at 9 p.m. and midnight, and Jan. 31 between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Authorities specifically requested video showing cars, traffic, pedestrians or anything unusual.
On Feb. 20, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told NBC News that the investigation into Nancy’s disappearance is “still growing.”
“In terms of leads and working and getting out there, I think that’s still growing, yeah,” Nanos said of the investigation. “It’s never fast enough for the sheriff. I want it like you: ‘Come on, guys, let’s go, let’s go, let’s find her.’ But the reality is that I also know that sometimes things take time.”
As recently as Feb. 23, the Pima County sheriff told PEOPLE that there is “no evidence” that the masked man captured on doorbell camera footage at Nancy’s Arizona home was also caught on camera there on a day prior to Nancy being kidnapping.
“There is no evidence to support that,” Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said to PEOPLE, adding, “It is speculative at best and remains part of an ongoing investigation.”
Anyone with tips or leads is asked to call 1-800-CALL-FBI in addition to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department number, 520-351-4900.
