This is no April Fools, a huge change is coming to Tipping Point Australia and it’s set to unleash more chaos than ever!

On Wednesday April 1, three of Australia’s most entertaining presenters will take over the Tipping Point stage.

But never fear, Todd Woodbridge isn’t going anywhere as host he’s simply guiding the trio of celebrities through as they face off in an exciting charity round of Australia’s favourite game show.

In a one-off-special, Todd will offer the TV and radio heavyweights the chance to win a double jackpot – a life-changing $40,000 for their chosen causes.

Radio royalty and television presenter Kate Langbroek will bring her trademark fearless humour to the game.

Joining her is the “Crown Prince of Comedy”, Joel Creasey, and stand-up sensation and Fox FM Breakfast host Nick Cody.

With a line-up like that viewers can definitely count on some laughs and if the trailer is anything to go by there’s going to be a lot of them.

In the promo video, which you can watch above, comedian Joel Creasey confesses that Tipping Point Australia is his guilty pleasure.

“I watch this show every single day at work but on silent,” Joel confesses to host Todd Woodbridge in a video you can watch above.

While Todd is speechless over Joel’s admission (that we’re not sure his employer will be happy about),

Todd Woodbridge’s ‘Tipping Point’ journey

When Todd Woodbridge wrapped up his career as an Aussie tennis legend, he never expected hosting a TV game show to be on the cards for him.

Despite 15 years in sports broadcast, when the opportunity to be the front man of Tipping Point Australia came about, many doubted if Todd could do it.

Fast forward two years, Tipping Point is the nation’s favourite game show and Todd has won the Logie for the Bert Newton Award for Most Popular Presenter.

“It’s really rewarding, because at the beginning of the show, I really felt like I had to prove to a lot of people that I could pull the show off and that I was actually deserving of getting that opportunity,” Todd told 9Entertainment.

“That’s where my competitive sporting spirit really kicked in. It was like, ‘OK, I’m going to work hard, I’m going to show everybody I can do this.’ ”

When the opportunity first came about Todd’s wife Natasha and children Zara, 23, and Beau, 22, pushed him to do it.

“They knew that I love to talk, love to engage with people and Tash and the kids knew it would work,” he said.

“They never would’ve let me go into something that I might not have been able to pull off.”
