Hillary Clinton celebrated her and former President Bill Clinton‘s 50th wedding anniversary with a series of throwback pictures posted to X (formerly Twitter) — and people are losing their minds over it, many claiming actress Sydney Sweeney is her doppelganger.
On Saturday, the former Secretary of State gave a peek into the early days of her and Bill’s marriage by sharing several — dare we say, thirst trap — pictures of the couple in their late 20s looking madly in love.
Hillary’s sweet tribute to her hubby read: “When we got married 50 years ago, we had no idea how our lives would unfold. But one thing I knew for certain then, and still know now, is that I wanted to navigate the ups and downs and in-betweens with you. Happy anniversary, dear Bill.”
Well, the 77-year-old did more than honor her 50-year marriage — she sent the horndogs of the internet into a frenzy, causing them to drool over her glam throwback pics.
One person even went as far as putting together two side-by-side pictures of Hillary and Sweeney, insinuating there’s a wildly close resemblance between the former First Lady and “The Housemaid” actress.
And they’re not wrong.

If there ever were to be a biopic on the Clintons, the internet thinks Sydney Sweeney should be given the role.BACKGRID
The doppelganger comparisons didn’t stop there.
Another X user compared singer Sabrina Carpenter to a young Hillary, writing, “I legit thought this was Sabrina Carpenter for a minute.”
“Sabrina Carpenter i have a biopic for you,” another user chimed in.

It seems that the couple was in their late 20s in the photos Hillary shared to X.X/@HillaryClinton
And the thirsty comments, of course, kept rolling in.
“Hillary Clinton thirst trapping on main,” a user wrote, resharing two of the pictures.
“In my next life I’m going to be a political baddie,” commented one admirer.

Many are even comparing “Manchild” singer, Sabrina Carpenter, to a young Hillary.X/@HillaryClinton
“I see the vision, Bill,” someone else joked.
“Man, she was kind of a babe,” read another tweet.
And of course, someone had to bring up the Monica Lewinsky elephant in the room.
“Dude had that at home and still cheat…” another tweet read. What do you think? Post a comment.
Lewinsky was a 22-year-old White House intern while Bill, who was 49 at the time, was president, and the two had an affair.
After news of the scandal broke, the former President was acquitted. Lewinsky kept a low-key profile and basically disappeared for a while during the mid-2000s.
