Friends of the 56-year-old actress are thrilled with the happiness the wellness coach and author has brought to her life. “It’s wonderful for them to see her with someone who truly gets her,” a source told Star Magazine. “Jim’s compassionate, well-educated, and very charming. Plus, he has a real kindness and no airs like so many of her previous partners.”
After being married to two actors, Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux, Aniston reportedly finds it “refreshing” to be involved with someone who is “relatively normal” and outside the Hollywood space. It’s why she is allegedly reconsidering her stance on marriage.

In a December 2022 Allure cover story, the Friends star had a pretty firm response about walking down the aisle again. “Never say never, but I don’t have any interest,” she said. “I’d love a relationship. Who knows? There are moments I want to just crawl up in a ball and say, ‘I need support.’ It would be wonderful to come home and fall into somebody’s arms and say, ‘That was a tough day.’”
Aniston hadn’t changed her mind by August 2023, when she told The Wall Street Journal that relationships were a challenge for her after watching her parents, John Aniston and Nancy Dow, struggle in their marriage.
“My parents, watching my family’s relationship, didn’t make me kind of go, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to do that,’” Aniston explained. “I didn’t like the idea of sacrificing who you were or what you needed, so I didn’t really know how to do that. So it was almost easier to just be kind of solo. So I didn’t have any real training in that give-and-take.”
She continued, “It’s just about not being afraid to say what you need and what you want. And it’s still a challenge for me in a relationship. I’m really good at every other job I have, and that’s sort of the one area that’s a little….”
But Aniston and Curtis share a lot of common interests, including their love of fitness and health, so it might be why she’s looking at love from a different perspective.
“It’s no wonder Jen’s changing her tune,” the Star Magazine insider said. “She and Jim really are such a great match.”
