A television host was cut off by his presenting co-host during a segment on Fox News after discussing Jennifer Aniston’s looks.
The Friends actor is one of the biggest Hollywood stars out there who regularly makes the front pages of magazines and newspapers.
While she may not have been present, Aniston became a topic of discussion on Fox News’ The Five during a segment about former Democratic congresswoman Katie Porter.
Greg Gutfeld argued that ‘people didn’t get attractive until the internet’, adding: “Watch Friends, they’re not even hot. Look at people now. They are so much better looking because all they gotta do is — they have everything at their fingertips.”
Jesse Watters agreed with the statement, stating: “It’s like Jennifer Aniston looks better now, like 20 years older.”
Somewhat bizarrely after the conversation had moved on, Watters spoke further about Aniston. He said: “I actually think Jennifer Aniston was much better looking in Friends. I don’t know why I said that. I think I meant she was more glamorous now. She’s more glam.”
Harold Ford Jr., one of Watters’ co-hosts, interrupted his colleague and quickly moved on the conversation from Aniston.
“Why don’t we get on to the next segment,” he said.
Nonetheless, the conversation didn’t come to an end as Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich continued: “She’s richer now. Like, she has a lot of money. Money buys a lot of makeover for everyone.”
Watters then uttered ‘I hope so’, as the show awkwardly moved onto the next segment.
It comes after the Friends star, 56, detailed her 20-year struggle to start a family and the false narratives in the media that have accompanied that.

When Aniston split from her ex-husband Brad Pitt in October 2005, rumors began to circulate that she was prioritizing her career over her family and having a child.
In reality, however, the actor had been undergoing IVF treatment, which unfortunately was not successful.
In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Aniston said: “They didn’t know my story, or what I’d been going through over the past 20 years to try to pursue a family, because I don’t go out there and tell them my medical woes.”
“That’s not anybody’s business,” Aniston continued.
“But there comes a point when you can’t not hear it – the narrative about how I won’t have a baby, won’t have a family, because I’m selfish, a workaholic.
“It does affect me – I’m just a human being. We’re all human beings.
“That’s why I thought, ‘What the hell?’”
