A Coldplay concert in Boston turned into a social media firestorm overnight after Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was caught on camera in an intimate moment with his company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Kristin Cabot, which is a moment that allegedly blindsided his wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, and has now triggered a wave of online speculation and personal fallout.
Viral Moment at Gillette Stadium Sparks Online Frenzy
The now-viral TikTok clip shows Byron and Cabot standing close, arms entwined, as Coldplay frontman Chris Martin playfully teased the crowd with the “kiss cam” during the band’s performance at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday night. As the camera hovered over them, Martin commented, “Look at these two,” drawing gasps and cheers from the crowd. Cabot quickly turned away while Byron ducked in what many interpreted as a panicked attempt to avoid being recognized.
Martin added, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” which was a spot-on remark.
Megan Byron Reacts Swiftly as Internet Digs In
In the hours following the video’s circulation, attention quickly shifted to Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron. Where Is The Buzz noticed that Megan’s Facebook profile, which had previously included numerous family photos, was no longer publicly accessible by Thursday morning.
Before fully deactivating her account, Megan made one quiet change: she removed “Byron” from her profile name, signaling a possible personal distancing from her husband.
Sources online claim Megan’s page had been flooded with comments from users pointing out her husband’s alleged on camera infidelity. Many came to her defense while others demanded answers.
Who Is Kristin Cabot?
Kristin Cabot joined Astronomer an AI and data intelligence firm valued at $1.2 billion in November 2024 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. A press release at the time praised Cabot’s “exceptional leadership” and over 20 years of HR experience though that statement along with the celebratory LinkedIn post welcoming her to the team has since been quietly scrubbed from the company’s online presence.
The resurfaced clip now casts a harsh spotlight on both executives who continue to work at the New York based company.
