Drivers have been stuck in traffic on the M62 this morning after a lorry caught fire. Traffic cameras have shown fire engines on the scene as drivers experience delays of at least 30 minutes as rush hour approaches.
Delays are being felt on the eastbound stretch of the motorway between junction 18 for Simister Island and junction 19 for Heywood. Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service has been approached for an update.
