Police have offered a $500,000 reward for information about the murder of a woman in Far North Queensland in 1997.
Dianne Mary Angwin, 50, was seen at the Bowen Bowls Club in the early evening of Monday, December 1, 1997.

Police say she went back to her unit on Leichhardt Street in Bowen that night, before being woken by one or more people who broke in and stabbed her to death at 12.30am.
She was taken to hospital but couldn’t be revived.
Almost 30 years later, police have offered a reward for information into her death.
