Karoline Leavitt has boasted about “having it all” as she brings her baby son to the workplace.

The White House press secretary turned to social media to express her pride in being a working mother as she reposted content praising her ability to balance her prominent position with raising children. Karoline, 27, was highlighted in a Wall Street Journal piece designed to showcase “the conservative women who are ‘having it all.’”

Karoline reposted the content to her Instagram story, adding some touching commentary on the subject in the caption. It stated, “The past decade has seen the rise of many conservative women in high-profile jobs in government, the media and corporate America. “

Last year, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt returned to work just four days after giving birth when Trump announced his candidacy.

“’I would reject that you can’t be a good mom and be good at your job,” Leavitt said on a recent podcast. “It’s not for everybody. And it takes a lot of work and will and faith and prayer, and it’s hard. But it can be done.”

Karoline has frequently been spotted bringing her one year old son Niko, whom she had in July 2024 with spouse Nicolas Riccio, 60, to the office. She has also posted updates for her followers showing the baby alongside herself and President Donald Trump.

But she has previously confessed to experiencing “guilty” when work obligations keep her away from Niko. She explained that once she finishes her job at day’s end and returns home, she simply transforms into an ordinary mom.

She revealed, “I spend every second that I possibly can with my son when I’m home on weekends and evenings.”

During a recent conversation with the Christian Broadcasting Network, Karoline provided additional insights into her domestic life when she disconnects from professional duties.

She stated, “I try to make it home for bedtime as much as I can throughout the week.” Karoline confessed that navigating new motherhood has been “challenging” as she discussed the remorse she experiences.

She explained, “I think every working mother understands the demands. No matter where you are, what you’re doing, there is a sense of guilt.” During that period, she posted multiple photographs from her youth while reflecting on her parents’ significant impact.

She noted, “I think that value of hard work and determination and drive was instilled in me in a very young age, just by watching my parents work so hard to earn a living.”
