MAYA Jama ‘gave away’ her future on Love Island during last night’s live final amid rumours she’ll quit the ITV2 dating show.
The star, 31, who has presented the programme since 2023, returned to our screens on Monday to present this year’s finale – which saw the remaining couples battle it out for the £50k.

Fans were over the moon when the host announced that it was Lorenzo and Julia who were announced at the winners of Love Island 2026.
They beat Jasmine and Kav, who placed second, and Simba and Angelista, who managed to place in final three.
Right at the end of the episode, Maya dropped a hint on whether she’ll be back to present the dating show, after rumours that she was going to quit hit headlines earlier this year.
Speaking to the camera, Maya said: “Congratulations to you both and thank you to all of our amazing Islanders.

“And there you have it… Julia and Lorenzo are your winners.

The fact that Maya told viewers that she will “see you very soon” could mean that she is likely come back as host.
In a recent chat with Deadline, she addressed the rumours, saying: “But I never decide if I’m doing the next series until the end of one.
“So it’s fake news that I’m leaving, but I always decide at the end of a series if I’m going to continue the next year.
“So we’ll find out.”
Back in January, Maya broke her silence on whether she wpuld remain as the host of Love Island, after swirling rumours she’s set to leave the show.
“I don’t know, but I have no plans to leave yet,” she confirmed to Variety at the time.
She continued: “Before I started “Love Island,” I would say you can get what you need out of a show in two years, and then you move on.
“That was always kind of what I had in the back of my mind. But with a show like “Love Island,” it just feels like it keeps growing and I’d be silly to leave now.”
Last night Maya sizzled in a see through skirt and racy bralette for the final.
Over the past eight weeks, Maya has appeared on the ITV2 dating programme with some incredible outfits.
And she certainly didn’t disappoint for the final episode with a stunning two-piece that showed off her hour glass figure.
Maya took over presenting duties in January 2023 from Laura Whitmore.
She has hosted five main series, three seasons of All Stars and one series of Love Island Games.
