💰 Love Island’s Adam Collard Quit His £14K-a-Month Job — The Real Reason Is Finally Out
LOVE Island’s Adam Collard has revealed why he quit a £14k-a-month job after appearing on the show.
Adam, 30, has appeared in the villa on two separate occasions: first in 2018, and again in 2022.

But it was the job he did after his first stint that blew up and earned him a lot of cash — before he decided to quit.
Speaking in a new video uploaded to Instagram, Adam said: “After Love Island 2019 to 2020, I had 475 people paying £30 per month for an online training subscription which gave me about £14,000 per month.
“And I walked away from it.
“There were a few reasons for this,” he confessed.

He went on: “One of them was obviously to try and push the gyms and build it as big as possible but the second reason was I started hating it and I started hating what it became.”
He explained this was because he didn’t spend his time coaching people and actually helping people and giving them what he thought was value and actual impact.
“I turned into a one-man-band customer service department because for £30 per month I couldn’t give value.
“I was rushed off my feet, I was trying to manage all the people on the move while traveling and to be honest the programs were very generic,” he explained.
Because he didn’t feel like he could make the change he wanted to, he decided to walk away.
“I walked away from it, I scrapped it and I started again.
“I scrapped it, I went forward and I worked with a few one-on-one clients behind the scenes, predominantly women to be quite honest, probably 65-35 split and the results were outstanding.”
He went on: “I got a lot more value out of it because I knew their personal circumstances, I knew how much real one-to-one coaching actually impacted their life.”
Adam added: “And now that the gyms are both performing better than ever, that little small group of individuals that work with me, that have me on WhatsApp, that get one-on-one access is exactly why now is the perfect time for me to start growing this now.”
He then urged anyone that wanted to get involved to get in touch with him.
Adam is now smitten with sports broadcaster Laura, and the couple have been together since 2023.
They got engaged in September 2024, and share a child together they welcomed in January 2025.
Laura is currently pregnant with the couple’s second child.
