A SERIAL sex predator who murdered two women and raped a third while he was on bail will die in prison after being handed a whole life tariff.
Simon Levy, 40, unleashed a sadistic rampage across London in January last year when he strangled a woman unconscious before raping her.

He then killed Carmenza Valencia Trujillo, 53, before dumping her body in the stairwell of a derelict building in Peckham, South East London, on March 17 last year.
Five months later, Levy murdered 39-year-old Sheryl Wilkins amid a string of missed chances to stop him.
The Metropolitan Police had closed the initial rape investigation despite the victim knowing where Levy lived and did not formally interview her until after he had carried out the double murder.
He was also arrested over Carmenza’s murder but was released under investigation – leaving him free to kill again.
By the time of the second murder, Levy had been arrested three times by the British Transport Police for a string of sex attacks on the Tube but was granted bail each time.
The Crown Prosecution Service also failed to apply for an arrest warrant just 13 days before Sheryl’s death when he failed to attend court after his lawyers said he had a mental health issue.
Levy is now finally behind bars and will die in prison after he was handed a whole life order.
Sentencing, Judge Mark Lucraft KC described Levy as someone who “ruthlessly exploits others for your own personal sexual satisfaction”.
He added: “You are someone who appears to have a morbid fascination with sex, rape and crime.”
The monster was previously convicted of two counts of murder as well as two charges of rape, grievous bodily harm with intent, and non-fatal suffocation against the surviving woman.

In a victim impact statement, Sheryl’s sister Lindsey Hicks said: “There will never be enough words to express how I feel since losing my sister Sheryl.
“You, Simon Levy, have destroyed our lives.
“Sheryl was a beautiful soul who was cruelly taken away.
“This last year has been the worst year of our lives and the pain you have put us through has been unbearable.”
Carmenza’s daughter Nazly Johana Fuenmayor Valencia wept as she told how the family’s worlds have been “ripped apart”.
She added: “We have been living a nightmare you can’t wake up from. We don’t know why she was taken from us.
“Although we’ve had some justice, this will never end.”
Levy’s surviving victim, who can’t be named, told the court she thought she would die when she was attacked by the “monster”.
She continued: “He took away my soul that night and took away my dignity.
“He took away my soul like a parasite to make him stronger and me weak.”

Jurors heard Levy carried out a “series of attacks on vulnerable women”, and that he “killed two women and left the third for dead”.
At the time he carried out the attacks on the three victims, who were all sex workers, Levy was living with his mum.
Both murders were sexually motivated – with cops finding a chilling note on his computer entitled: “My sex record”.
Officers also discovered web searches for toxic influencer Andrew Tate and a collection of stories about black cab rapist John Worboys, Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein.
He first struck last January when he subjected a third woman to a brutal sex attack near Tottenham High Road, North London.
She was left “as good as for dead” after he jumped on her with all his weight – breaking her collarbone.
He then covered her face and strangled her as the woman feared she would be killed.
Three months later, Carmenza was discovered in a largely disused block of flats on the Aylesbury estate.
She was lying face down in a landing area, with injuries to her face and no pulse with her trousers not fully pulled up.
Levy had lived nearby for a number of months in 2023 and would have known the area.
His blood was found on a pipe in the stairwell area near where her body was found and his DNA was discovered on Carmenza’s body.
One-eyed Levy was one of seven suspects arrested over her murder but was released under investigation on April 1 – leaving him free to murder his third victim.
Levy was arrested at the home he shared with his mumCredit: PASheryl was found collapsed near High Road, Tottenham, at 6.30am on August 24 last year, in the same car park where the January rape took place.
CCTV footage captured the last moment she was seen alive walking behind a wall in the B&M car park with Levy, who was wearing a dark hooded top and sunglasses.
Officers used live facial recognition technology to identify Levy, who was charged on September 3 last year and remanded in custody.
Following the verdict last week, it emerged Levy was jailed earlier this year for six years, with a three-year extended licence period.
He was found guilty of 11 counts of sexual assault between April 14, 2022, and May 29, 2025.
The first victim was a prison officer at HMP Brixton in 2022, where Levy was serving a three-year sentence for sexually assaulting a woman at a party and another at Notting Hill carnival in 2018.
The ten other victims were attacked on Tubes and trains in London.
He had previously been jailed for three years in September 2021 over the 2018 attacks but was released from prison in February 2023.
The Met has now urged any other potential victims to come forward.
