McLaren Formula 1 driver Lando Norris has announced an expansion of the Landostand for the 2026 British Grand Prix, claiming that it will be “a lot bigger and a lot better” than 2025’s.
Norris took the victory at his home race in 2025 at the historic Silverstone circuit for the first time of his career, leading to increased demand for the coveted seats for next year’s race.
“Hi everyone, so Landostand, as you all know, was the coolest thing we’ve ever done this year at Silverstone,” the McLaren driver explained on his Instagram Story.
“Topped it off by winning the grand prix, and it was the coolest year I’ve ever had at Silverstone.
“But, the demand was high, and we couldn’t just do it once – we’re going to have to do it again.
“Because the demand was so high last year, we sold out in a few minutes. We have to do it a lot bigger and a lot better, so that’s what we’re trying to do for next year.
“Planning is already in place [for] much, much bigger grandstands, a much cooler experience for everyone, and I’m already excited for the whole thing.

Included in the Landostand tickets, which went on sale on 15 September, are a three-day reserved seat in the brand new grandstand at Stowe Corner, an exclusive fan pack featuring the 2025 Landostand tee and wristband, a dedicated Lando fan zone with entertainment and a giant screen.
Tickets for the Landostand are currently on sale from £539 for a three-day package and £569 for a four-day package. According to the Silverstone website, the tickets have been fixed “at the same price for all fans”.
Norris is currently in an intense battle for his first championship title against his McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri. With eight rounds to go of the 2025 season, the Australian driver leads the standings with 324 points, with Norris in second with 293 points.
